I had an excellent experience at this store. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with all the questions regarding types of paint and choice of colours to suit my decor and furniture. I went into the Benjamin Moore store this morning to purchase some paint & this young gentleman by the name of Stevin Mazza helped me threw my entire order. I will definitely be going back next time I am in need of paint, out of every where to get paint in Oakville Speers Paint if for sure the place to go!!

Customer service is really bad.I went in and was being served by this fellow who kept prioritizing ppl calling on the phone! He walked onto the floor to look for products and answer questions for ppl on the phone while I stood there waiting. More appropriate would be to ask the customer on the phone to hold as another customer in person is being served.There is another cranky lady there who seems to have an attitude. Both clearly don't want to be there serving customers and both don't know much about their products. Try Sherwin Williams across the street and compare the experience.

I have been going to this store since 2006. Recently I had 2 bad experiences. I bought 4 or 5 cans of paint for a reno. The guy mixing the paint had a cigarette burning in the ashtray the whole time. I couldn't wait to get out of there, it smelled so bad I couldn't breathe. 60 days later I went to return an unused, unopened can of paint. They said there was a film" on the lid and sides. Well of course when you shake a can of paint
